the "not for individual sale" it's actually a free gift if u spend XXX amount. Now they dig out to sell. Well after a while they will give out palettes as tier gift purchases if got leftovers. Since stila closing down, they'll just take it n sell. I bought the scarlett at original price 2 years ago n still not yet use it... HAHAH Ommgg..
after this month..i must control...cannot use so much liao,if not my bf halau me keluar...
