last year i bought with my friend DHC vitamin C and collagen
until now i just remember i have this pack....
90 days(180 capsule),1 day take twice......
i dont remember how much i bought,cz when the time i bought got offer
my friend help me buy from japan DHC shop
the packing have write is 680yen(include sales tax is 714 yen)
vitamin c is water-soluble
so i taken before breakfast and 10pm
10pm-2am is girl beauty time,so take it 10pm is ngam-ngam ho....haha...
(anybody can tell me,vitamin-c should taken before meal or after meal?)
capsules is better than tablets,tablets susah telan kan?
and cute got label DHC on capsules
i think have to wait around 10-20days see it work or not.....

daily dosage of vitC, calcium+mag+zinc, acidophiles, borage oil hehe
u take ur vitamin-c before meal or after meal?i blur-blur ady....dunno which 1 is right = =

best take supplement in the morning..body ready to absorb good stuff
