new august

last week i have order some food&snacks from taiwan
when i recieve it...omg...is was big and heavy box...
no wonder my dear so tired take for me,cz have to take around 13kg box to 3rd floor....

so envy taiwan ppl
alot nice things,delicios food.....
i cant imagine if i stay at taiwan for only 1 month
how fat i'll become...maybe 10kg....hehe...

i have to diet
cz my weight is unhealthy
i only 155cm(i think is 155cm,but my dear say i only got 150cm....sobsob)
so 155cm asian girl should be 45kg-48kg
45kg-48kg...yah...i was,long long time ago....
now over 50kg,i dare to timbang......cz i scared i'll pengsan if 55kg.....
anybody can help me?
i like cold drinks,snacks,ice-cream,biscuit,bread,coco crunch.......
if i didnt take my meal,i feel like want pengsan.....


and last month i buy 1 set skincare product from beauty saloon
is like no effect......make my skin redness only.....
i waste 2k for this set.....
my dear say,maybe the result must taken 3month?
omg...i have to wait 3month?
the product almost finish...only left 40%,how can tahan until 3 month?
i only use 1 month become 40% only

this sunday i'll follow my dear go back kl
he go to take dog food and medicine
and go back monday or tuesday
i stay kl this month
maybe will come here around 20th......
cz 16th want go bobbi brown workshop....

huhuhu....im so lazy and no place to exercise....today do exercise tomorrow eat more....hope one day when i wake up suddenly slim down 5kg enuff liao,haha

wah all u eat stuff contain sugar one wor.......howto reduce weight ar liddat >_<""......if u really serious i suggest u 2 weeks no carb ( roti.nasi,pasta) no sugary stuff,,,,,no goreng food and cream cream food......if u tahan 2 weeks i guarantee u slim ...can feel abit result......if u wan feel more then do exercise cardio ( the exercise than make ur heart beat fast n pump up) .......food i suggest u boil or steam.....like egg white, chic breast, brokoli ...wholemeal bread ( 2 pieces 1 day ) ......abit fruit juice ( not 1 box ar.....) NO MILO =.=""......all those can eat food u divide into 5 times eat.....and after 7 dun eat anything just drink warm water.......
i currently also doing this kinda diet....and i go gym running cardio 1 hour......and i slim 2 kgs a month.....but very tired n moody bcus body not use to it......but see result time supa happy hehehe......
